General Nursing and Midwifery (G.N.M.) (3 Years Diploma Course)

 

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Admission process will be conducted at college level.

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

v    Age:- The candidate shall not be less than 17 years of age and more than 35 years on 31st Dec of

            the year of admission.

v    Minimum Qualification:- Qualification shall be 12 years of schooling ( 10+2 in any stream or its

equivalent  with minimum 45% marks for general and 40% for SC or ST students).

v    Preference shall be given to those who have passed 10+2 or its equivalent with science subjects

            i.e. Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

v    Selection will be purely based on the merit list

v    The candidate should be medically fit. (Attach Proof)

Residence status: - Preference will be given to the candidates who are residents of Punjab.

For Foreign Nationals: -

The entry qualification equivalency i.e., 12th standard will be obtained by Association of Indian University, New Delhi, Indian Nursing Council and State Nursing Council will be responsible to ensure that the qualification and eligibility will be equivalent to as prescribed as above.

v   Matriculation Certificate (Date of Birth), 2 Photocopies also.

v   10 +1 Detail Marks Card, 2 Photocopies.

v   10 + 2 Detail Marks Card, 2 Photocopies also.

v   10+1 & 10+2 regular Study Certificate, 1 Photocopy.

v   Character Certificate from last attended institution, 1 Photocopy.

v   Migration Certificate from the last attended University / Board / Council, 1 Photocopy.

v   Gap Year Certificate (If Applicable), 1 Photocopy.

v   Photographs 5.

v   Secondary School Relieving certificate with 1 Photocopy.

v   Aadhar card.

v   Caste certificate (if applicable).

v   Residence/ Domicile certificate.
