
World Mental Health day observed on October 10th, 2025 with the theme" Access to Services – Mental Health in Catastrophes and emergencies ”, at Mohan Dai Oswal College of Nursing, Ludhiana. The event highlighted on the impact of stress and Depression especially in context of Catastrophes and emergencies. Through theme based poster presentations and Nukkad Natak ,students gained insights into managing emergencies fostering a supportive environment at College of Nursing and Hospital MOH.The program was performed under the impactful guidance of Dr. Shally Director-Medical Services, Dr. Swapna Melchisedec, Principal and Professor CON, Dr. Keshika Ahuja Dhamija, Psychiatrist, Ms.Mansha Singal, Clinical Psychologist, and Mental Health Team, MOH, Ludhiana. Whose leadership and support ensured an impactful presentation on World Mental Health Day. We extent our sincere gratitude to Dr. Shally Director-Medical Services for their support. The motivational talk addressed by Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist, MOH focusing on awareness regarding Mental Health, exploring effective strategies for support and understanding the stigma associated with Mental Health Disorder. The Certificates were awarded to the winners by the MOH team.
